If you have ordered the download version of eva/3 Application Builder or eva/3 Database Converter, the software is delivered via the internet only and we do NOT send you a box. You can order online, download a copy, upgrade to a different version, get documentation - all over the internet.

How to obtain the download versions of our software:
1. Order the product in our online shop.
- The shop system will guide you through the order process.
- You will receive an invoice (by email only) from optadata.com.
2. Download the program in our download center.
3. After your payment has been processed, you will receive a license key via email, which is required to start and run our software. Copy that serial number into register dialog when prompted at program start up. In this way you can immediately start to work.

Right to cancel: You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 2 weeks of receiving your goods. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice) or by returning the goods (at our risk). This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period to:

We will pay the costs of returning the goods for you if the total value of your order exceeded 40 Euro.

Please note that the telesales law forbids the return of certain goods.

Guarantee: The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

Export: The delivered Software acknowledge that which is subject to US and EU export control laws and laws of the country where it is delivered or used: you must abide by all these laws. Product may not be sold, leased or transferred to restricted / embargoed end users or countries or for a user involved in weapons of mass destruction or genocide without the prior consent of the US or competent EU government. You understand and acknowledge that US and EU restrictions vary regularly and depending on Product, therefore you must refer to the current US and EU regulations.
